Nash brings over 20 years of corporate finance, financial management and analysis, strategic planning and systems integration in leadership roles with GE Capital Real Estate and Industrial Properties Corporation to The Retail Connection.
He was at Industrial Properties Corporation/GE Capital Real Estate for over 14 years, starting as Controller at Industrial Properties Corporation in 1997 eventually becoming the Chief Financial Officer before GE Capital Real Estate purchased the company from Crow Holdings, a private equity real estate fund in 2007.
At GE Capital Real Estate, Nash served as Finance Manager/Asset Manager for a 12 million SF Industrial portfolio in 14 U.S. markets. In 1989, Doug began his career at Rader Companies, Inc. in Dallas, Texas eventually becoming the Controller before departing in 1997 to join Industrial Properties Corporation. Rader Companies, Inc. owned Rader Properties, Classified Parking System and Triple A Oil Company.
He leads the finance team and helps support the business platforms on both the services and investment sides of the business.
Nash is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. He played two years of junior college baseball in Hutchinson, Kansas, received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
