11-9-2007: TRC Breaks Ground on 155 SF Mansfield Pointe Shopping Center
The Retail Connection, L.P. and Connected Development Services, L.L.P. to Break Ground on 155,000 Square Foot Development in Mansfield, Texas
The Retail Connection L.P. will break ground Monday on its 155,000 square foot Mansfield Pointe Shopping Center. The groundbreaking will be held at the site on the southeast quadrant of Home Depot Drive and Hwy 287.
Members of The Retail Connection, and its development arm, Connected Development Services, along with partner, Granite Properties, will be joined at the ceremony by Baron Scott, Mayor of the City of Mansfield, as well as members of the City Council and staff. The Mansfield Economic Development Division, and the Mansfield City Manager’s Office will also be represented. Architects Callison and civil engineers Lawrence A. Cates and Associates will be recognized at the ceremonial event.
The 14-acre Power Center will be anchored by The Sports Authority , Circuit City, Bed Bath & Beyond, and PetSmart, and will tie into the 420,000 square foot Mansfield Towne Crossing center anchored by Super Target, Home Depot, Staples and Ross.
