Tracy Rathbun is a Dallas based executive and consultant with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue, client relationships, and deal execution across commercial real estate, hospitality, and luxury brands.
She co-founded Shinsei and Lovers Seafood and Market and held senior leadership roles with Porsche, where she built high performing sales teams and delivered relationship driven, high touch client experiences.
Tracy brings a hands on, results focused approach to commercial real estate sales and leasing, with deep experience working with tenants, landlords, and operators to structure successful deals.
She also consults on sales leadership, client engagement, and restaurant operations, helping teams improve performance, profitability, and long-term client relationships.
