BIO
Stratton Ross is an Associate in The Retail Connection’s Dallas office, where he specializes in retail leasing throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He brings a strong understanding of the local retail landscape and is dedicated to helping clients identify opportunities and achieve their real estate objectives.
Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Stratton began his commercial real estate career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in January 2025, focusing on retail leasing across DFW. His passion for the industry, combined with his relationship-driven approach and market knowledge, allows him to provide valuable insights and exceptional service to his clients.
A Dallas native, Stratton attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, where he was actively involved in soccer. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations with a minor in Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of the office, Stratton enjoys keeping up with Dallas sports teams, playing golf, and spending time with friends.
