BIO
Rachel Forslund is a retail real estate advisor focused on helping landlords, developers, and retailers create successful retail environments. She combines market insight, tenant relationships, and thoughtful merchandising strategy to position retail properties and tenants for long-term performance.
At The Retail Connection, Rachel represents both ownership groups and retailers on local and regional assignments throughout Texas. She advises clients on site selection, leasing strategy, tenant mix, and overall project positioning across neighborhood centers, mixed-use developments, and established retail districts.
Rachel earned a BBA in Real Estate and Marketing from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hosting friends, exploring Dallas–Fort Worth’s restaurant scene, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Remington.
