Rachel Forslund is a Vice President of brokerage at The Retail Connection’s Dallas office. She specializes in representing landlords, developers, and tenants across local, regional, and national markets.
She spends the majority of her time prospecting and cultivating relationships for her clients across all facets of leasing and sales transactions. In her first three years in the industry, she was instrumental in closing or executing deals worth over $36 million across the DFW, Kansas, East Texas, and Oklahoma markets.
Rachel earned her BBA in Real Estate and Marketing from Baylor University. After college, she earned several prestigious awards and recognitions. In 2020, she was named Rookie of the Year by The Woodmont Company. In 2023 and 2024, Fort Worth Inc. listed her among the top commercial brokers and agents. Additionally, she was honored as a D CEO Power Broker in 2024.
She has demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to her profession through active membership in several prominent organizations. Since 2021, she has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, CREW Dallas, and Dallas CASA Young Professionals. In addition, she joined NTCAR and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth in 2023.
