Quyen Nguyen has joined The Retail Connection’s Dallas office as a Vice President in brokerage, bringing a strong track record in project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Known for her innovative mindset and strategic agility, Quyen is dedicated to delivering impactful results and long-term value for her clients.

With over one million square feet of commercial space leased, Quyen has a deep understanding of market dynamics and tenant needs. She specializes in structuring leases that support the growth of retail, entertainment, and office users, while identifying value-add opportunities to reposition underperforming assets into high-performing investments.

Quyen represents and has worked with a wide range of clients, including developers and landlords such as Retail Plazas, Burk Collins & Co., and United Growth, as well as tenant brands like Port of Subs, Edible Arrangements, John Smith Subs, Boss Beauty Academy, 1611 Golf, Junbi Matcha, The Kickin’ Crab, Quiggly’s Clayhouse, GoTo Optical, Feng Cha, and Black Sheep Coffee.

Before entering the real estate industry, Quyen successfully owned and operated an eyelash studio, sharpening her business management and client service skills. Her entrepreneurial foundation began in her family’s restaurants and convenience stores, where she learned the value of hustle, grit, and hard work.

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Quyen remains closely attuned to industry trends. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry from the University of Texas—a testament to her attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
