Quyen Nguyen has joined The Retail Connection’s Dallas office as a Vice President in brokerage, bringing expertise in project leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Known for her innovative approach and strategic flexibility, Quyen is committed to delivering exceptional results for her clients.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Quyen ran an eyelash studio where she sharpened her business management and client service skills. Her journey began in her family’s restaurants and convenience stores where she learned to hustle and the value of hard work and determination.
With over 1MM SF of commercial space leased, Quyen has a deep understanding of market trends and tenant needs. She specializes in creating leases that support the growth of retail, entertainment and office tenants, while also identifying value-add opportunities to transform underperforming assets into high-performing investments.
As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Quyen stays current with industry trends to better serve her clients. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry from the University of Texas, which speaks to her commitment to thoroughness and excellence.
