BIO
Paul Cooke III serves in the role of Vice President | Brokerage at The Retail Connection. Paul specializes in tenant rep, project leasing, pad site and restaurant sales, and sourcing investment opportunities for his clients. Paul was awarded with The Retail Connection’s 2021 Rookie of the Year Award for being the company’s top producing young agent.
He currently works with tenants including F45 Fitness, Mayweather Boxing, Fatburger, Cabinet Warehouse and Craft Beer Market and has gained valuable experience on the landlord and investment side working with highly regarded groups such as UDR, Crow Holdings, Matthews Southwest, and Fortress. Cooke’s notable achievements to date include securing a buyer for the off-market sale of The Inwood Soccer Center along with partner John Mathes, the sale of two former Golden Corrals and a dark Twin Peaks and getting his client’s new development along US-380, Three Corners Plaza, over 80% pre-leased with partner Brandon Trimble.
Outside of the office, Paul is involved in International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC] and NTCAR. In his free time, Paul spends most Saturdays watching SMU sports or with his wife to be Katie relaxing with family and friends.
Paul graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
