Monica Gaut

Monica Gaut is an Administrative Professional at The Retail Connection for the Dallas office.  She brings to TRC 20 years of outstanding skills and experience in customer service and 13 years in Management.

Before joining TRC, Monica was a residential real estate agent with JP & Associates Realtors, where she represented buyers and sellers of developed and undeveloped properties.  She also toured properties for buyers and other brokers and hosted open houses for sellers. Before JP & Associates, Monica was an Administrative Assistant at the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the proud owner of Double Take Salon for 15 years.

Monica earned her Real Estate Certification from Kaplan University.  She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors [NAR] and Arlington Board of Realtors.  She is also an active member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc, where she volunteers with charities and mentor women pursuing a career in entrepreneurship.

A Grand Prairie native, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, singing for her church choir, and being a food connoisseur, she loves to try new restaurants.
