As Senior Vice President of Brokerage at The Retail Connection’s Austin office, Michael Spain brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in tenant representation, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Michael’s strategic insight and market knowledge have led to his successful guidance of numerous transactions helping clients achieve complex business goals.
As a principal at Tower Commercial, Michael delivered expert business planning and support for various real estate needs, including leasing, relocations, expansions, consolidations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Whether it’s market and site analysis, financial evaluation and deal structuring, or coordinating space planning and project management, Michael finds great fulfillment working closely with clients on their real estate ventures.
He is licensed as a Texas Real Estate Salesman and is an active member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR). Michael has been involved in over 150 real estate transactions and has been recognized as an Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter for his contributions to the industry. Michael’s past and continued commitment to his professional and community involvement: a Charter member of Rodeo Austin BBQ Team, team leader for Mobile Loaves and Fishes, Goodwill Ambassador, and most recently a Youth Sports Coach.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University.
