BIO
Lana Constantine is the newest Assistant Vice President in Brokerage at The Retail Connection. In 2023, she consulted for TRC, conducting a comprehensive review of the company’s venture capital and private equity investments since its inception. She developed detailed reports for principals and investors, streamlined accounting processes, and provided in-depth investment performance analysis.
Before TRC, she worked at JPMorgan, running Cross-Asset Derivatives and Structured Products for Private Clients, Private Banks, and Internal Channels. She later moved to Citigroup to do the same and build a tech platform to handle the global structured derivatives business.
Lana grew up in Dallas, where she attended The Hockaday School from an early age and was an avid equestrian throughout her time there. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from NYU, graduating Magna Cum Laude and receiving the distinguished Founders Day Award.
After relocating to Dallas with her two young children, she left corporate life to focus on development and fundraising for various charitable organizations. During this period, she consulted for several startups, assisting with fundraising, corporate operations, and strategic planning.
Lana enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hosting gatherings, and creating art. She recently spontaneously purchased a large kiln on Facebook, which might inspire her to learn the art of ceramics.
