Throughout his career, Kevin has played a key role in partnering with property managers, asset managers, and executive leadership to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency. He oversees portfolio-level financials, leads the preparation of comprehensive reporting packages, and provides in-depth variance analysis to identify trends and inform business strategy.
