Katrina Shiver is the newest addition to The Retail Connection team, joining as Commissions Accountant where she’ll be providing accounting support for our brokerage division. She’s a graduate of Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and brings over 15 years of progressive accounting experience to the table.
Over the years, Katrina has built a strong background in financial reporting, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger reconciliation. She’s worked across a variety of industries, including DHL Supply Chain, Dairy Farmers of America, WageWorks, and Performance Pop, and is well-versed in GAAP principles with experience in platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, Blackline, and Concur.
Originally from Gadsden, South Carolina, a small town just outside of Columbia, Katrina made her way to Dallas in 2012 and has been here ever since. When she’s not crunching numbers, she loves to travel.
