Eunice Cullins serves as Assistant Controller, bringing more than a decade of accounting and auditing experience to her role. She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 2009 and began her career in public accounting, where she audited companies across a variety of industries. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal controls, and operational processes.
Eunice’s relationship with The Retail Connection began in 2014 while she was working in public accounting, auditing several of the company’s properties. She later joined the firm as a Property Accountant and was promoted to Senior Accountant. After a brief period away, she returned as Accounting Coordinator for the Stockyards account in Fort Worth, where she worked closely with the Stockyards team and continued to expand her responsibilities within the accounting department.
With experience spanning multiple roles and phases of the company’s growth, Eunice brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. In her current role, she supports both the property and corporate accounting functions.
Outside of work, Eunice enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters—Monáe, Eloise, and Quinn—and their two Shiba Inus. She stays busy with family activities, from birthday parties to outdoor adventures, and enjoys traveling with her family and creating lasting memories together.
