BIO

Stukalin is a highly esteemed leader in the retail commercial real estate industry, consistently ranking among Greater Houston’s top dealmakers. Before founding the TRC Houston office in 2007, he served as President of The Weitzman Group’s Houston office, achieving top producer status both locally and statewide. Recognized as MVP by the Houston Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters, Stukalin oversees daily operations, manages brokerage and development teams, and plays a pivotal role in client relations and business growth.

His expertise includes representing prominent tenants such as Top Golf, TOCA, Chase Bank, LA Fitness, Trader Joe’s, Nordstrom Rack, Raising Cane’s, DSW, Bed Bath & Beyond, buy buy Baby, and DXL. During his tenure at The Retail Connection, Stukalin has successfully developed and acquired over 1.5 million square feet of Class A retail space across Greater Houston, including projects like Shoppes at Parkwest, Wood Park Shopping Center, and Willowbrook Plaza.

Active in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Stukalin also serves on the Advisory Board of MD Anderson Cancer Center and has contributed as a past Board member of Heroes for Children. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Houston. Stukalin’s career is characterized by strategic vision, impactful leadership, and significant contributions to the retail real estate landscape in Houston.
