Christopher M. Gibbons is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage at The Retail Connection. Gibbons is a proven producer and has been actively involved in the retail real estate business for 25 years. His current clients include Longpoint Realty Partners, Malouf Interests, H-E-B, A&G Real Estate Partners, Woodspring Suites, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Life Time Fitness, and Lowe’s.

Throughout his career, Gibbons has exhibited notable expertise in his representation of both tenant and landlord clients and the longevity of his client relationships proves his dedication to the industry. Gibbons’ unique market knowledge and vast experience enables him to provide his clients with tailored business objectives to achieve optimal results. 

Before joining The Retail Connection, he was a Senior Vice President at JLL. Prior to JLL, he served as Director of Disposition at Venture Commercial, where he handled tenant representation and retail disposition accounts.

In addition to his hard work, Gibbons has won numerous spots on DBJ’s Largest North Texas Retail Leases Top 25, wherein 2010 was honored with first place. Gibbons has been frequently recognized as a DBJ’s Heavy Hitter. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC] and graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration and Real Estate

Gibbons is a devoted husband to Karen and a father to three children. His daughter Taylor is a graduate of SMU, and his two sons Blake and Dylan, are Junior and Sophomore students at the University of Texas. Outside the office, he enjoys hunting, cooking, and sports.
