Christina J. Montoya

Christina Montoya serves as a Property Manager at The Retail Connection’s Dallas, Texas office, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of shopping centers across the DFW Metroplex. With over 15 years of experience in property management, Christina brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

She began her career at General Growth Properties, Inc., where she worked as an Associate Mall Accountant for North Star Mall and The Shops at La Cantera. Christina later transitioned into property management as an Assistant Property Manager with Weitzman, further expanding her expertise in managing retail assets.

Montoya lived in Norway for several years and is fluent in Norwegian. While visiting family in Norway, Montoya likes to go mountain hiking and taking long walks. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors and going to the movies with her family.
