BIO

Christian started his career in commercial real estate in Houston with The Signorelli Company as a Development Analyst where he supported the commercial/mixed-use and finance divisions. At Signorelli, he was responsible for the underwriting of large-scale development and acquisition opportunities across asset classes including retail, multifamily, land, medical office, and master-planned communities. He also played a critical role in the structuring of joint venture partnerships with institutional partners for multi-asset funds, public-private partnerships, and single-asset opportunities.

Additionally, Christian is actively involved in ULI Houston, where he serves on the Capital Markets Committee, as well as ICSC.

Prior to starting his career in Houston, Christian graduated from Tulane University where he studied finance and real estate. While attending Tulane, Christian served internships focused on grocery-anchored retail and multifamily acquisitions across the nation. He also founded the Tulane Real Estate Group which currently consists of over 300 student and professional members.
