Caroline Lett is an Analyst in the Brokerage department at The Retail Connection, where she plays a key role in market analysis, real estate data evaluation, and providing support to the brokerage team.
Raised in Dallas, Caroline has a deep connection to the area and a comprehensive understanding of its real estate market. While attending Texas A&M University, she pursued a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Tourism Management.
During her time at Texas A&M, Caroline was a dedicated member of Kappa Kappa Gamma and earned a Professional Event Management Certificate, which complements her skills in planning and executing successful events. Her previous experience includes an internship at The Retail Connection during the summer of 2023, where she gained hands-on experience in the Dallas retail sector and developed a keen understanding of market trends.
In her free time, Caroline loves playing mahjong, as well as hunting and fishing.
