BIO
Brandon Trimble’s focus is on tenant representation, land transactions, and general brokerage. His time is dedicated to serving the needs of his landlords, tenants, and clients while striving for a complete commitment to excellence in all aspects of retail brokerage.
Trimble specializes in pad sales, multifamily sites, hotel sites, car dealerships, senior living, and investment land tract sites. Trimble heads up pad disposition for the Texas Kohl’s team and Walmart anchored pad sites in Royse City.
Trimble has created an excellent relationship with multiple large developers including Weber & Company, Provident Realty, and Kimco. Trimble represents his retail and restaurant clients along with developing their operations through strategic retail expansion plans and tactical site evaluation. He works with both individuals and developers interested in the city’s coveted properties with a focus on Papa Johns, True Value Hardware, El Pollo Loco, AT&T and Everbrook Academy.
Trimble is an active member of many real estate organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Next Generation, NTCAR and Retail Deal Makers.
He attended Southern Methodist University and entered the Cox School of Business earning a degree in Real Estate Finance in the Spring of 2004. He has two beautiful children with his wife Megan.
