BIO
Ashtyn Hicks serves as an Analyst at The Retail Connection, where her focus is tenant and landlord representation. Before becoming an Analyst, she interned for TRC in Summer 2021.
During her time at the University of Oklahoma, she studied abroad in Italy, earning her minor in Marketing. While in Italy, Ashtyn interned at Monnalisa, an Italian designer clothing brand. She conducted market research to create a new social media marketing plan for the Foundation of Monnalisa-Kids. Additionally, Ashtyn learned to present initiatives and programs to support the next generation of environmentally conscious fashion for the company.
Ashtyn graduated from the University of Oklahoma, earning her bachelor’s in finance. She was also a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority, the International Business Association, and the Real Estate Club. When Ashtyn isn’t putting in the hours at TRC, she loves doing yoga, working out, and trying new restaurants.
