Anita Edwards joined The Retail Connection as the new Accounting Associate. She will primarily work with accounts receivable and accounts payable for property accounting.
Before TRC, she was a credit analyst at Wurth Louis and Company in Grand Prairie. She would review customers’ accounts to release orders or approve machine purchases, receive credit card payments, release orders on hold, and helps set up COD & credit applications.
She relocated to Texas four years ago from Alberta, Canada, where she worked at Robertson Bulk Sales Calgary Inc. Anita was the accounting administrator and assisted with accounts receivable & payable daily. She also dealt with vendors and customers regarding fuel purchases and invoices.
Outside the office, Anita and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, especially their 6th-month granddaughter. Anita loves the Texas heat over the cold Alberta winters. Anita and her husband spend a lot of time outdoors. Travelling, fishing, and enjoying live music outdoors are some of their favorite things to pass time.
