Allana Luterman is an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage at The Retail Connection’s Dallas office. With more than 25 years of experience across business development, strategic account management, and revenue growth, she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to her practice. Allana is known for helping clients navigate complex decisions with clarity, care, and a steady focus on long-term success.

She excels in dynamic environments where collaboration, communication, and follow-through are essential. Throughout her career, Allana has supported growth initiatives, guided negotiations, and worked closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

Allana earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Texas. After graduating, she chose to follow her passion for performance and teamwork, joining the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. She spent two seasons with the team (1994–1995) and later appeared at the 1996 Super Bowl—an experience that shaped her appreciation for discipline, preparation, and presence under pressure.

At The Retail Connection, Allana partners with Tracy Rathbun to focus on restaurants and hospitality, representing both landlords and tenants. She is valued for the strong relationships she builds and the trust she brings to every engagement.

Outside of work, Allana enjoys traveling, exploring great food and wine, and spending time with her family. She loves creating moments that bring people together. A natural competitor at heart—whether on the tennis court or in a workout—she’s always curious, always learning, and always looking ahead.
