Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Research Department. This position is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who has a strong understanding of commercial real estate, marketing strategies, and market analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating aerial imagery for property flyers and conducting comprehensive retail client market analysis to support the company’s marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS Pro, Microsoft Office, as well as expertise in data management and database software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.) to create, edit, and update visual content and mapping overlays.
  • Collaborate with the research/brokerage team to design and create visually compelling aerial imagery for property flyers, brochures, and digital marketing assets.
  • Edit and enhance aerial photos to ensure they effectively showcase properties and their surrounding areas.
  • Develop and maintain retail market databases, tracking critical metrics and market shifts to identify opportunities and challenges for retail clients.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage and development teams to create tailored marketing strategies for retail clients.
  • Ensure that all aerial imagery aligns with the company’s branding standards and marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Geography, Urban Planning, or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, aerial imagery creation, or market analysis, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), or aerial data maintenance.
  • Proven experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) for creating and updating visual content.
  • Familiarity with database software (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL, ArcGIS) and geospatial data management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or similar mapping software.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate platforms (e.g., CoStar, LoopNet) and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of retail analytics tools and market data sources.
