Cole Filley returns to The Retail Connection as an Analyst in the Brokerage department, bringing a fresh perspective and strong analytical skills to the team. Having previously interned at TRC for two summers, Cole gained valuable experience in brokerage, development, and acquisitions.
Raised in Highland Park, Dallas, TX, Cole pursued his education at the University of Oklahoma, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in pre-law. During his time at the university, he was actively involved in the Real Estate Club and the Wealth Management Club and served as the Social Chair for his fraternity.
Cole’s passion for giving back led him to work with Voice of Hope, where he taught young, underprivileged children how to play basketball. While in college, he also founded a moving company that saw significant growth, employing several people and achieving substantial profitability.
In addition, Cole spent a summer in Whitefish, Montana, working on a ranch where he was involved in real estate finance and hands-on property work. In his free time, he enjoys watching football with friends, playing golf and pickleball, and spending time at his ranch.
