Brianna Peralta

Brianna Peralta is an Assistant Property Manager at The Retail Connection Dallas office. In this capacity, she provides invaluable support to the property managers of numerous shopping centers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and East Texas areas.

Before joining TRC, Brianna was an assisted property manager at JSH Properties, Inc. and Commonwealth Real Estate Services in Seattle. In her previous roles, Brianna collaborated closely with property managers, leasing teams, and maintenance staff to optimize operational efficiency and elevate tenant experiences. She excelled in lease administration, rent collection, and budget management, leveraging for detail to ensure lease terms and industry regulations compliance.

Brianna recently moved to Dallas from Seattle with a commitment to know the emerging trends and best practices in commercial real estate management, applying innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and maximize profitability for property owners and investors.

Aside from work, she enjoys traveling, working out, and walking. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family and her puppy, Pomeranian.
