Stacey Hansen is an Asset Manager for the investment division of The Retail Connection in the Dallas, Texas office. Her responsibilities include implementing the business plans, reviewing financials, lease negotiations, monitoring property operations, construction and property management, thoroughly understanding the markets, and preparing reports for equity partners.
Before joining The Retail connection, Hansen worked for a few private commercial real estate investment/development companies in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. She handled the property management, leasing, and project supervision of retail, industrial, commercial association, and office assets. Hansen also spent eight years with Essex Realty Management as a regional property manager overseeing three satellite offices and managing her own portfolio.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Oregon State University. Hansen is a member of the Dallas chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and earned her CPM designation in 2012. She has also been a member of ICSC, CREW, and BOMA.
Stacey enjoys spending time with family, hiking, exploring botanical gardens, and adventuring at art/craft fairs and farmer’s markets.
