Lee Williams serves as the Lease Administrator with The Retail Connection in the Dallas office, where his responsibilities include working with the property management and accounting teams to handle all aspects of lease and property set up, abstraction, tenant charges and reconciliations.
Williams brings over 15 years of retail lease administration and property accounting experience to the team. Most recently he worked as a Lease Administrator/Accountant at Weitzman, where he was responsible for performing lease administration functions to ensure compliance of lease terms, management of legal issues, and tracking of financial obligations for all lease documents. He also held a position as a Staff Accountant at Weitzman where he produced in-depth balance sheet account reconciliations, prepared journal entries, and reviewed bank activity.
He currently volunteers with the Aids Resource Center/Lone Star Ride.
Williams attended the University of Maryland, and served in the United States Air Force from May 1986 to May 1990.
