Kim Cavender

Kim Cavender serves as an Administrative Professional to several of The Retail Connection’s key executives in brokerage and advisory. Cavender has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry having served in office management and executive level administrative roles.

Her extensive experience in office management includes staffing, training, and supervision of all administrative personnel, management of the purchase and construction process of new commercial projects, and the preparation and processing of all legal documents associated with leasing, purchasing and sale of commercial projects.

Cavender formerly worked with Princeton Partners as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the General Partner and two senior executives. Prior to this role, she worked with United Equities Inc. as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the firm’s owner.

When not at The Retail Connection, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
