Jamie Streeter specializes in tenant representation and landlord retail project leasing for the last 20 years. Since joining TRC in 2015, Streeter has been named a TRC Top Producer on a yearly basis and recognized as a D CEO Power Broker in 2020 and 2021.

She spent the first 12 years of her career with Princeton Partners Commercial Real Estate representing high profile tenants such as Torchy’s Tacos, Lane Bryant, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and Which Wich Superior Sandwiches.

She assisted many noted developers in ground up leasing of their new retail centers including: MGHerring Group [The Village at Allen 1,000,000SF], Hunt Properties + Orix Real Estate [Denton Crossing 500,000SF], The Seitz Group + Kimco [Shops at Abilene 250,000SF + Turtle Creek Towne Center, Hattiesburg, MS 400,000SF], Weber & Co. + Kimco [Lake Worth Towne Crossing 480,000SF].

Since joining The Retail Connection, Streeter has added several select clients to represent. Some of the tenants include Original ChopShop, BellaGreen, Sweathouz, Great American Hero, WSS Shoes, Smashburger and Paciugo. On the landlord side, representing Spirit Realty and Invesco. She has been the master broker for Torchy’s Tacos for 11 years and has completed over 50 transactions in a 5-state region.

Streeter is an active member of the Children’s Cancer Fund, International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], and Deals in Heels. She is married with two children.
