Jamie Streeter specializes in tenant representation and landlord retail project leasing for the last 18 years. Since joining TRC in 2015, Streeter has been named one of TRC’s Top Producers on a yearly basis and was recently recognized as a D CEO 2020 Power Broker.
She spent the first 12 years of her career with Princeton Partners Commercial Real Estate representing high profile national tenants such as Torchy’s Tacos, Lane Bryant, Catherine’s, Which Wich, Superior Sandwiches, and Elite Appliances. After 12 months as a commercial retail real estate broker, she was responsible for the highly successful roll-out of Sportsman’s Warehouse stores in Texas, totaling over 144,000 square feet of retail space.
Since joining The Retail Connection, Streeter has added the following tenant representation clients: Snappy Salads, Campisi’s Restaurants, CitiTrends, Original ChopShop, Bella Green, WSS Shoes, Wing Daddy’s, VoiceBox, and ShellShack. On the landlord side, representing Spirit Realty. She has been the master broker for Torchy’s Tacos and has completed 50 transactions in a 5-state region.
She has assisted many noted developers in ground up leasing of their new retail centers including: MGHerring Group [The Village at Allen TX – 1,000,000 SF], Hunt Porperties and Orix Real Estate [Denton Crossing, Denton TX – 500,000 SF], The Seitz Group/Kimco Developers, Inc. [Shops at Abilene, Abilene TX – 250,000 SF; Turtle Creek Towne Center, Hattiesburg, MS – 400,000 SF], Weber & Company/Kimco Developers, Inc. [Lake Worth Towne Crossing, Lake Worth TX – 480,000 SF].
Streeter is an active member of the Children’s Cancer Fund, International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Deals in Heels and other commercial real estate networks. She is married with two children and is very involved with fundraising for their school district. She will be coaching her daughter’s cheerleading team of 18 girls in the fall and is always her son’s biggest cheerleader with of his sports.
