Jack Weir is a Senior Vice President with a primary focus in tenant representation, ground-up development and project leasing.
Jack’s market knowledge, production and client service has made him one of The Retail Connections top brokers since he joined the firm in 2008 after his graduation from the University of Mississippi. His unequalled market knowledge comes from years of driving the DFW market beginning as early as the first grade when he would tour with his broker father and continues to this day. This deep market knowledge is invaluable to his landlord clients as he knows every retailer’s needs including size, co-tenancy and deal structure at a moment’s notice which allows his landlord to make educated, quick decisions. This market knowledge has the same value to his tenants as Weir knows every available space in his territory that is either existing or to-be-built which allows them to make the same educated, quick decisions regarding market opportunities.
Weir has worked with recognized retailers of all sizes, uses, and space demands as varied as Life Time Fitness, Dollar Tree, Xponential Fitness (Club Pilates, Stretch Lab, Stride, AKT, Pure Barre, Row House, Cyclebar, Yoga Six,) Advance Auto Parts, Hollywood Feed, Rainbow, Cold Stone Creamery, Papa Murphy’s, Family Dollar, Shoot Point Blank and QuikTrip. On the landlord side, he has been privileged to work with RPAI, Granite Properties, Seitz Group, Edens (formerly AmReit,) The Billingsley Company, HEB Properties, and TRC Connected Development.
Jack’s production has put him at The Retail Connections 8th all-time highest producing broker. He is youngest broker to achieve our Chairman’s Square recognition which recognizes brokers with career production in excess of $5,000,000. Weir has been recognized the last six years in the DCEO Magazine Top Commercial Real Estate Brokers in DFW.
He is a devoted husband to Lindsay and father of two: a 5 year old daughter, Brooklyn, and a two year old son, Jack IV whom they call Jagger. He lists his hobbies as fishing, hunting and all sports.
