BIO
Andrew Sudderth is a Senior Vice President in the Austin office. Sudderth’s time is committed to serving the landlords and the projects they possess, while devoting an equal portion of his time to the tenants with whom he feels privileged to represent.
Sudderth has represented properties for Billingsley, AMReit, Kimco, and Heitman amongst others. He is active in representing Xponential Fitness, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Burger King, Advance Auto Parts, Dollar Tree, Chicken Salad Chick, Citi Trends, PLS Check Cashers, and Lifetime. Sudderth was an integral part of the team that developed and leased Headington Heights in McKinney, TX. The 4 corner, 120 acre development located at US 380/University & Hardin is anchored by Costco, Cinemark, 24 Hour Fitness, Hobby Lobby and At Home.
He is an active member in many real estate organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Next Generation, NTCAR and Retail Deal Makers. He is also a member of Generation Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness for the cure and prevention of cystic fibrosis.
Sudderth received his Bachelor of Arts from Austin College with a degree in International Economics and French with a minor in Art. He completed an MBA with the University of Dallas specializing in Sports and Entertainment Management.
