Analyst | Brokerage | Dallas

Position Location: Dallas

Reports to: Executive Vice President

The Brokerage Analyst will have the opportunity to grow and learn about the competitive commercial real estate landscape under the mentorship of an Executive Vice President. Furthermore, the Brokerage Analyst will serve as a backstop to a broker team that represents Top Golf and other top of class nationally-expanding retail and entertainment concepts. The Brokerage Analyst will work on the Top Golf account and will build knowledge of, and participate in, a national real estate site selection process, assist in forming and evolving national strategies for the client, and learn about and contribute to deal structure and negotiations of development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain information databases relevant to the client that include, but are not exclusive to, Letters of Intent, new site development and associated documents, competitor tracking, travel, and other items pertaining to the site selection process
  • Facilitate communication between the client and national brokerage network to ensure timely delivery and creation of materials required for Real Estate Committee meetings, Board of Director meetings, and other deadlines
  • Coordinate tour itineraries and materials with national brokerage network
  • Complete numerous challenging and creative projects requested by the client as they arise

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of Google Earth and mapping capabilities
  • Based in Dallas
  • Willingness to travel
  • Effective, timely communicator (all forms: email, text, phone, public)
  • Texas Real Estate License (can be achieved after hiring)
  • Must have a college degree
  • No prior working background is required, although interest and exposure to Commercial Real Estate in any sector is valuable and beneficial
