Jonathan Probst is a Senior Vice President of Brokerage with The Retail Connection, L.P, Houston Office. His focus is in on tenant representation, single tenant NNN Investments, acquisitions, and project leasing.
He has been integral in the expansion plans of retailers such as Raising Cane’s, Top Golf, Jos A Bank, and Tiff’s Treat’s among other numerous local retailers in the Houston MSA. Probst has worked with landlords and developers such as Inland Western, Global Fund Investments, and Eagle Equity, totaling over 3 Million Square Feet. He assisted in the subleases of National big box retailers looking to right size their current footprints and has played a vital role in the development, leasing, and NNN sale of numerous single tenant assets for equity groups around the country.
Probst graduated from Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in 2004.
