BIO
Brandon Trimble’s focus is on selling, buying, and entitling land. His time is dedicated to serving the needs of buyers and sellers while striving for a complete commitment to excellence in all aspects of brokerage.
Trimble specializes in investment land tracts sites, multifamily sites, single family sites, pad sites, hotel sites, car dealerships, and senior living sites. Trimble heads up pad disposition for the Texas Kohl’s team and has been a part of many larger transactions in the suburbs.
Trimble’s primary focus is the path of growth areas that surround DFW.
Becoming an expert on where future water lines, sewer lines, and throughfares will be located in addition to large developments in the area. This knowledge helps unlock value for buyers and sellers. Trimble represents his clients through strategic expansion plans and tactical site evaluation.
Trimble is an active member of many real estate organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Next Generation, NTCAR and Retail Deal Makers.
He attended Southern Methodist University and entered the Cox School of Business earning a degree in Real Estate Finance in the Spring of 2004. He has two beautiful children with his wife Megan.
