Jill is currently working with such notable clients as Moxie’s, Tuckernuck, Eatzi’s, Cabinet Warehouse, Cake Bar, Kate Weiser Chocolate, Beto & Son, Mama’s Pizza, Renew Beauty Med Spa, CRAFT Beer Market. Recent transactions include; Doce Mesas, Crunch Fitness, Dick’s Warehouse, PoPshelf, and FreePlay. She is presently listing the high-profile Preston Shepard Place in Plano and Trinity Groves in West Dallas. She has secured deals for specialty retailers such as Ellis Hill, Dondalo, Abbott Esthetics, Interabang Books, and House of CLRK.
Jill is well known for being instrumental in creating neighborhoods in Dallas- Deep Ellum, West End, Downtown Main Street, adopting and embracing Trinity Groves.
Jill’s expertise includes the presentation and facilition of: property leases, ground leases, land sales, and shopping centers sales, as well as build-to-suits. Her past experience includes representation of many Landlords, including: Trinity Groves, BH Properties, Columbus Realty Partners, Ltd., Lincoln Property Company, NewQuest, Hall Financial, Cinemark.
Jill is a member of the Dallas Assembly, Oak Lawn Committee, and International Council of Shopping Centers. Jill has chaired events for many non-profits and former board member of the Family Place. Mentoring college graduates to enter commercial real estate is important to Jill, she has assisted over 40 amazing students into various sectors of commercial real estate. She also has been involved in mentorship programs from her high school, Thomas Jefferson.
Jill was a Theta at Arizona State University and has a Bachelor’s from Mills College. She enjoys playing golf, Mahjong, Hollywood Gin Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Poker.
