Andrew Sudderth is a Senior Vice President | Brokerage with The Retail Connection, L.P, a retail services and investment firm in Austin. Focusing in general brokerage, Sudderth’s time is equally committed to serving the landlord’s and projects they represent while devoting an equivalent portion of his commitment to the tenants he is privileged to be associated with.
Sudderth has represented property for Billingsley, AMReit, and GE amongst others and he currently represents over 2.0 million square feet of retail product across the various markets he covers. He is active in representing Jos A Bank, Pluckers, Burger King, Styles for Less, Piada, Rainbow, PL$ Check Cashers, and True Value among others.
Sudderth is an active member in many real estate organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Next Generation, NTCAR and Retail Deal Makers. He is also a member of Generation Cure, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness for the cure and prevention of cystic fibrosis.
Sudderth received his bachelor’s of arts from Austin College with a degree in International Economics and French with a minor in Art. He completed an MBA with the University of Dallas specializing in Sports and Entertainment Management.
