Kim Cavender serves as an Administrative Professional to several to TRC's key executives in brokerage and advisory. Kim has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry having served in office management and executive level administrative roles. Kim's experience in office management included staffing, training, and supervision of all administrative personnel, management of the purchase and construction process of new commercial projects, and the preparation and processing of all legal documents associated with leasing, purchasing and sale of commercial projects.
Kim formerly worked with Princeton Partners as Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the General Partner and 2 senior executives. Prior to this role, Kim worked with United Equities Inc. as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to the firm's owner.
When not at TRC, Kim enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
