Lance Morris is President of the Retail Connection’s Austin office and works to expand TRC’s capacity in Austin in all areas of their services platform. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as managing the brokerage and property management teams.
Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Morris was President, Director of Brokerage and the Top Producing Broker for the Austin office of The Weitzman Group.
He is a 38-year veteran of the Austin real estate industry and has been named as Austin’s top commercial retail real estate broker for many of those years. Morris has received numerous awards and industry recognition.
Morris has placed as the Top Producing Broker for the Austin office for the past several years and was No. 2 company-wide in 2021.
Morris is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC]. He participates in many volunteer and philanthropic endeavors. A member of the National Cutting Horse Association, he is an avid horseman and competes in cutting horse events throughout Central Texas.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock.
