Joining TRC in 2012, Shelley Taylor brings over 12 years experience to The Retail Connection. Taylor began her real estate career in 1999 as an associate at UCR where she was a quick study in the real estate industry. Later, she joined Falcon Realty Advisors, where she spent over seven years completing a significant number of project and tenant representation deals.
As a result of Taylor’s success during these years, she created enduring relationships with a long list of developers and landlords including Weber and Company, Inland, Kimco, Direct Development, Seitz Group, Stonecrest Investments, Margaux Development, Golden Boy Partners, United Commercial Development, Tabani Group, and more.
She has leased high-profile shopping centers including Lakeview Plaza and Lakeview Crossing in Rowlett, TX; Prestonwood Village and Hillside Village in Dallas, TX; Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth, TX; Addison Walk in Addison, TX; and Six Flags Village in Arlington, TX.
Known for her strong ethics, organizational skills, merchandising expertise and market knowledge, Taylor has proven insight and capabilities that have instilled trust and created life-long client relationships.
She is a graduate of Baylor University, a member of ICSC and actively participates in industry organizations and associations.
